Al-Qaeda operatives destroyed and consecrated the tomb and dome of the Sufi Wali al-Habib Shaykhan Bin Ali Bin Hashim Al-Saqqaf.
The project will cover the reconstruction of the Dome and rehabilitation of the cemetery.
